Its killing me

I just changed 2 layouts for my blog today. It's killing me. If u have noticed, the right column is empty. Ask me Why??? I DONT KNOW. Damn fed up with it. For the 1st layout i try just now, totally no words appear although when u are in the preview mode everything was alright. And dont know what is the problem with it!!!!!!!!!
